This fixture utilizes a calibrated gauge ring and caliper to measure Syringe Label Position. The syringe can be affixed consistently utilizing this gauge ring and lite compression spring. With a known surface, our client now has a way to measure label position.
This fixture design was completed utilizing 3D CAD technologies, ensuring function and flexibility prior to production. Subtractive manufacturing, including mill and lathe, were used to create these custom components. Black delrin and 300 series stainless materials were used to comply with process and end user requirements.
