Custom tooling and fixtures support the inspection of incoming syringe components. Each assembly station is calibrated by designed and fabricated setup tooling. Incorporated process features ensure successful device assembly.
All equipment, fixturing, and tooling were developed and documented utilizing 3D CAD technologies. Additive and subtractive manufacturing processes were used to complete this process, including mill, lathe, laser, forming, and stereolithography.
